While our microwave systems are robustly built, intrinsically reliable and equipped with redundant safety measures to help ensure safe use and lifespan, like all machines, the items will eventually need repair, maintenance and servicing. For this reason, Cellencor service and engineering staff are on hand when needed to help resolve the issue quickly.
Maintenance and Repair
Most, if not all, maintenance and repairs can be carried out by site maintenance staff. However, if a problem is too big or cannot be fixed by internal staff or nearby contractors, we can make arrangements for one of our technicians to visit your site and make the necessary repairs. We also provide same-day shipping on most replacement or spare parts orders.
